Bread Lodge

This Bread Lodge is located at 11918 Washington Blvd, Los Angeles CA 90066

So , to make a long story short, my Mom asked me to take her to the DMV and for some reason she prefers the one in Culver City. Afterwards, we decided to go eat lunch and saw this Bread Lodge.

The moment you walk in, you can smell the deliciously baked bread. On the racks in back of the counter lay all these beautiful loaves. We both ordered the Big Breakfast. It is big. I finished mine but my Mom took half of it home.

I don't spend a lot of time with my Mom but when we do, it's always memorable. 85 and still cracking jokes and gossiping like she's at the salon. I think she is the one who taught me how to listen. Maybe that's why I became an oral historian? All that dawned on me while we ate at bread lodge. Great time.
