Belasco Theatre in DTLA

 I met the members of the band Virga in St Louis last month. They told me they were going to play in LA so I went to go see them at the Belasco Theatre. They were fantastic!, opening up for Soul Glo.

I got there a little early so I walked into the bar and saw that they had Frito Pie, which I hadn't had in a very long time. In the case of the Belasco, they start with the larger bag of fritos and the chips are the large square type. Drenched in chili sauce, liquid cheese and jalapenos, I needed a fork to eat my pie.

I finished just when I could hear Virga starting their first song. Timing is everything.
