4 Seasons Nutrition LA

 In a mini mall along Vermont Avenue south of the Santa Monica Freeway is 4 Seasons Nutrition LA; 2711 1/2 South Vermont Avenue Los Angeles CA 90007.

There were a few shakes on the menu. I chose "Coffee Lover". It had a high amount of protein. Fernando might be the owner, i didn't ask. Super nice guy. He made the shake for me and it was quite delicious, not too sweet. I sat down to read a book I started a couple of days before and within a half hours I was out of there.

As you can see on the shelf are tons of healthy powders and elixirs. I think, Fernando is a kind of alchemist. maybe?
