The Ramen Joint

 For decades, I like most Angelenos, have been driving around this neighborhood; on my way to LAX or even Westchester. I only very recently have come to know this hidden street of shops inclouding a great record store. The Ramen Joint is located at 6220 W 87th St, Los Angeles, CA 90045-3902 and I finally had a chance to have dinner there. I got a Tonkotsu Ramen and it was very filling. There was a happy abundance of Chashu. I ate all the ones on top but there were even more inside the soup. Very pleasant experience. The noodles were unique and hearty. I wonder where they get their noodles or maybe they make it? Look at all the condiments! They also have rice bowls which I look forward to enjoying in the not so distant future.
