Surfas on Washington Blvd: The Surfas Croissant

One of goals which i have yet to fufill is to be able to make a croissant. i tried once and it ended up more like a bagel than anything lie a croissant.

Surfas sells ready to bake croissants so I bought a pak this week. It was excellent. I am no where near my goal. Maybe it don't need to if I can just buy this at Surfas?
