El Arco in Lincoln Heights

 

Chicken Mole with a coffee.

This was my first time at El Arco, 2622 Pasadena Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90031, United States. I was on my way to a meeting later in the morning so I stopped by for a quick brunch. It was a weekday. I was one of two customers.  The Mole Poblano was rich and deep and creamy. The rice fluffly and beans and cheese were homemade. With the coffee, this meal was very satisfying. I was ready for my power meeting in Pasadena!
