Pane Bianco in Phoenix AZ

Pane Bianco, 4404 N Central Avenue Phoenix AZ 85012, is a gem. I was introduced to this culinary treasure by AZ legend Greg Esser. I got a salami sandwich to go , which i devoured in a massive grid lock on my way home to L.A.. I also purchased a can of their special tomatoes which I made vegetarian chili with a week later. I don't know what the secret is with the tomatoes but the chili was better than usual, smoother if I were to use one word.
