Palabra in Phoenix AZ

 Hanging out with Greg Esser in Phoenix is a real honor. He and Cindy Dach are Phoenix Arts District Superstars. On one fine morning, Greg brought me to Palabra, which is a coffee shop, art gallery, culinary incubator with an architectural detail inspired by the work of Turrell.  Located at  909 N 1st St, Phoenix, AZ 85004, it was custom made for the coffee proprietor, an amazing example where real estate is developed with the local culture sustainability in mind.

The coffee was excellent and the baked good, a triumphant chocolate trophy with croissant flake architecture. I would love to eat that again sometime in the near future.
