Mi Durango Tex Mex in Lancaster CA

I was doing some research at the Quartz Hill Library and for lunch, it was recommend that I check out Mi Durango for lunch. I am not a Tex Mex fan, probably because i grew up on Mexican food in Los Angeles but this Fajita was fabulous. The meat was tender and vegetable cooked to a perfect juiciness.
