Encinitas Cafe in Encinitas CA

What seems like months ago, artist Alexis Disselkoen and I bike rode from Long Beach to Solano Beach with one night at San Onofre State Beach. It was magical. I was posting along and when we got near Encinitas on Day 2, artist Scott Oshima commented that that was his hometown and that we should stop by this cafe. Before the war, this community had a lot of Japanese Farmers and this was the cafe they would eat at after a days work. A yummy meal in a historic site.
