Temple Coffee in Sacramento CA

My friend Yoshie Sakai had a solo exhibition in Sacramento CA a couple of weeks ago so i decided to take a road trip. While there, i finally made my coffee pilgrimage to Temple Coffee's home base. In Sac they have three locations so in the 24 hours i was there, I made it to all there. It was a glorious coffee experience. Why does there roast taste so much better than 95% of the roasts out there?
