Eva's LECHON

Lily invited a bunch of us to her friends house for a going away lunch. She ordered this pig and I couldn't help but post this thing. How many pounds was it? I think it was in the 20's? It also came with gravy. I know it looks tremendous, and it is in many ways, but it was delicious. Just close your eyes and pretend it came out of a plastic colorfully marketed container.
