Chapter One in Santa Ana

Homemade clam soup with Duck Fat Fries, my goodness, I felt like royalty. So I went to Santa Ana to document an exhibition at the Orange County Center for Contemporary Art. I got there a little early so I walked into this place and sat at the bar. The staff was very cool. i wasn't super hungry so i asked what sort of snack would they recommend. Turns out they had a clam special that past week and the chef decided to make a clam soup. it wasn't something on the menu but the bartender said it was amazing, so, naturally I ordered it with a side of the fries.
