Penny's Brugers in Highland Park

 On the corner of Figueroa and York: 6300 N Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA 90042 is Penny's. This corner has been a spot of decades.

Last week I ordered a Chili Cheese Burger. It exploded with chili and it was in the wrap upside down so when I unwrapped it it was like BOOM!

Delicious and meaty! The chili was meaty, the meat was meaty and ht sesame bun was meaty!
