Butnal in Koreatown

I've been wanting to try this place for several years now. Finally, an opportunity to have dinner with my friend and woodworking magician, Max.

Butnal is located at 954 S Norton Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90019. It has a kind of at home feel yet festive atmosphere. Look at this chicken popcorn salad. Is that Fruit Loops? It was so fun to eat. The Bulgogi was wonderful with a tomato-based sauce. Max had never had Soju before so it was such a pleasure to share that moment with him. What I loved about this place the most was the staff. I don't know here name but once she realized it was our first time there, she really took care of us and made us feel so welcomed. This is not a place to go by yourself. The more the merrier. It's a party.
