Roji Bakery on La Brea

 Roji Bakery, 807 S La Brea Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90036. A new-ish bakery, family-run.

Exceptional baked goods. The first time I had some, photographer, Elon Shoenholz came to visit and brought a bag of sweets. The second time, i was on a bike ride and decided to stop by the place and get some savory baked goods for lunch. I think this is a Japanese family and there are versions of traditional Japanese baked goods there like An-Pan, like An-Pan Man. Next time, I would actually like to eat there. i thought the vibe inside was comfortable and welcoming. I wish I could eat carbs more but I need to space my intake so it may be a couple weeks till that can happen. lol.
