Had an opportunity to have dinner with artist Vincent Ramos, who is originally from, lives and teaches in the Venice/ Mar Vista Area. We checked out Cafe Brasil which is at
11736 Washington Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90066 and is part of a Motel Complex. They had catfish on the menu which came with rice and beans and a salad. It was delicious. i really like the interior design which is full of artifacts and color, which is fairly appropriate because Vince is colorful and collects artifacts.
