I was asked to participate in a meeting in Chicago and decided to extend my stay and get some additional work done. I arranged an interview with artist Maria Gaspar for VISITINGS Radio Show (which can be heard here: https://soundcloud.com/alan-nakagawa-188259702/maria-gaspar-visitings) and allocated some time to try to draw all of the Joseph Cornell boxes displayed in there museum (they have the largest collection). In the museum, there's this clean and graceful coffee bar. the latte was yummy and the barista charming, as it should be.
