Artist Jimena Sarno and I are big fans of Theodore Payne Foundation, a garden enthusiasts haven. On our way there one day, we noticed this very cute building which turned out to be Catherine's Cupcakes. Wow! what a remarkable little bakery. Located at 12055 Roscoe Blvd, Sun Valley, CA 91352, apparently they cater, have classes and also sell baking tools. They are the Theodore Payne Foundation of cupcakes!
