Giorgi Porgi in Downtown LA

I saw a post on Facebook about a new coffee shop in DTLA. Giorgi Porgi is located at 137 E 3rd St, Los Angeles, CA 90013. I read that post several weeks ago and have since visited this shop around five times. This is an intoxicating place. Giorgi, Blaze and Chris have crafted a gem. I say that because the attention to detail is only matched by the caliber of the beverage. It's early. They just opened. Is it too perfect? For now, I cherish every moment I get to sit at the counter. I will say one thing. They are fanatical about their water.
