George's Drive In in Riverside; 9910 Magnolia Ave Riverside CA 92503. I passed by this place twice and was sad I wasn't going to get a chance to eat there. You know that feeling when you are driving around in your fuel economy vehicle and someone is driving a 1950's classic. That's this place. I was in town for my daughter's B Ball game, which they won. After the game she was hungry. "Oh, how about a hamburger?" So off we went and by then, the signage was lit and what a great retro look. The burger was old school with a ole American beef patty, shredded lettuce and a little bit of thousand island dressing.
