Top Tier Treats in Mar Vista

 A dear friend in the hospital. I asked what his fav treat is and I heard cupcakes and chocolate chip cookies (with out walnuts).

I got the cupcakes at Top Tier and they were a hit.

They even have Vegan cupcakes and the staff is super wonderful.

They had just opened and needed to frost the cupcakes I wanted so I got a Latte and this Rasberry scone. OMG, what a great way to wait.

There's very limited seating inside but they have seats outside as well. Located at 11511 W Pico Blvd LA CA 90064. A great find although they've been here for decades.
