Sushi Ye in Koreatown on Oxford

 Oxford is one of my favorite roads to ride my bike, especially if I am going to Eat Hollywood or Silver Lake or Atwater. Along the way are these places to eat and grab coffee. I got a chance to have lunch with Greg who runs the Gerth Archives at CalState University Dominguez Hills. 

Greg ordered this fancy roll with tempura. I ate one and it was very impressive. However, i am rather old school when eat sushi, so I went with the assorted dish, pictured here.

The sushi was all delicious and fresh. The squid was amazing, so fresh and soft. As you can see, the decrease the amount of rice served with each te-maki and so you can get the flavor of the fish even more. They also let me substitute the octopus, which I highly appreciate.
