Azay, a place in France where the Chef at Azay studied. He brings his passion back to Los Angeles and creates Japanese-French cuisine unusual for Little Tokyo. This place has already grown a loyal following. i finally got to go check it out with artist Prima Jalichandra-Sankuntbhai. Prima grew up in France so her knowledge of what we ordered was extremely helpful. I was very impressed with the levels of flavors and textures in our modest dinner. What an incredible place.
