Bizarra Capital in Whittier CA

I was visiting Wayne Perry's studio for his holiday studio. He had recommended Bizarra Capital, 12706 Philadelphia St Whittier CA 90601, for a taco but it ended up being a proper restaurant. The food was good but the red salsa was amazing, smokey and so-so hot but hot enough. The interior is like a bar restaurant. I ordered the special, which was a sweet potato taco. this was probably not wise. i should have ordered the chicken and/or fish but oh well.
