Once in a while, i get to hang out with my son. He lives in Long Beach. This time, we had breakfast at Eggs Etc. which is near his apartment. Eggs Etc. looks like it's been there a while and the service is great. It's got that diner vibe and breakfast is primetime. 550 Redondo Ave, Long Beach, CA 90814 . It's definitely a family and neighborhood spot. you get the sense there are mostly regulars in the dining room. There's also an outdoor seating area. We left full and satisfied but not sleepy, which is important.
