Manaow in Long Beach

Recommended by the artist of VRS, Manaow is a contemporary Thai restaurant located at 3618 E Broadway Long Beach CA. My son and I went, which was appropriate since he spent a couple of weeks in Thailand last summer. He was able to share with me the similarities of the foods we ordered and what he and his friend ate during their travels. That was an awesome "fatherhood" experience for me. We ordered the Miang Kam (a beta-leaf wrap of ginger, toasted coconut, peanuts, red onion, with sweet and salty shrimp paste) and the Kao Gra Prao Gai Sub ( a chicken chili & basil leave with ground chicken over jasmine rice topped with a fried egg). We will definitely go back soon. This is a highly delicious place.
