Tsujita on Sawtelle

It's quite possible that all the extremely serious ramen lovers in LA have probably already eaten here. Tsujita is located at 2057 Sawtelle Blvd LA CA 90025, 310-231-7373. The ramen is tsukemen style, meaning the soup and noodles come separate and you grab the noodles and dip them into the broth and eat. I finally made it for this highly talked about ramen place. The ramen is only available during the week at lunch. In a nutshell, it is the best ramen I've had in LA. It's amazing. The chashu was equally as astounding. I hope you get a chance to eat here.
