The Original Snow Cone Factory, 3557 East 3rd Street LA CA 90063, 323-269-0109 is on the corner of 3rd and Indiana. I passed by the place many times for about four years. I didn't know what a funnel cake was. My co-workers said that eating a funnel cake at least once was a must so today was my maiden voyage to funnel cake heaven. This place also has fried Twinkies and oreos on the menu as well as snow cones. The funnel cake can come plain with sugar or you can add various toppings and whip cream. I ordered the banana with whip cream. The funnel cake is fried, much like a donut. This also came with custard so it was really intense. I couldn't even finish mine. it was too sweet. Next time, I'm gonna order it with peanut butter.
